Mogadishu (Sunatimes) The Spokesman of Somalia’s Al-shabab militia group Ali Mohamud Ragge alias Ali Dere has asked the residents of kismayo no to support the newly announced regional government of JubaLand.

Ali Dere made the announcement today when he visited the southern port city of Kismayo accompanied by a number of Al-shabab senior officials from Mogadishu. Ali Dere met with representatives of various communities in Kismayo and urged them to reject the new administration.

The new regional authority of Jubaland was recently created by members of the communities in the Juba regions who want to establish an administration that will enable the region to have some normalcy and stability like Puntland and Somaliland in the north.

Ali Dere today said that the new administration was created by people who are against the Islamic Sharia and want to impose secular system of governance.

He also warned the people of Kismayo against their habit of not resisting foreign militias who want to control their land.
